peach passion tiramisu

ingredients
(serves 2)

1 large peach, halved, stoned and sliced
3 tbsp fresh orange or lemon juice
1 tin mandarins (or 1 mandarin)
6 amaretti biscuits
2 x 150g pots of mediterranean peach müller amoré

method

1. Gently poach the peach slices in the orange or lemon juice for 3-5 minutes or until just a tip of a knife will slide through them. Leave to cool in the juices
2. Arrange the peach slices and amaretti biscuits into two serving glasses. Pour the juce over evenly
3. Top each glass with the Mediterranean Peach Amoré yogurt and decorate with strawberries
4. Serve well chilled
