Toffee Banoffee Pots

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  •  1 Digestive Biscuit 
  •  1 tsp Melted Müller Butter 
  •  Müller Double Cream 300ml
  •  160g Pot of Müllerlight Toffee 
  • Optional: Grated Dark Chocolate 

Method

  •  Pop the biscuit in a bag and crush with a rolling pin 
  •  Pour the broken biscuit into a bowl and mix well with the melted Müller butter. Press this into a glass to create the first later
  • Top the biscuits with Müllerlight Smooth Toffee flavour yogurt 
  • Slice the banana up (keeping a couple for the top!) and layer on top of the yogurt 
  • Whip up the Müller cream and add on top the banana
  • Finish with some grated chocolate
