Granola Yogurt Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  •  120g Rolled Porridge Oats 
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract 
  •  1 tsp Ground Cinnamon 
  •  80g Honey 
  •  160g Pot of Müllerlight 
  •  Fresh fruit fillings of your choice! 
    (we've used Kiwi, Blueberries, Pineapple & Srawberry) 

Method

  •  Grease a muffin tray 
  •  Mash the banana in a large bowl 
  •  Add the vanilla, cinnamon, honey & oats to the banana 
  •  Once combined, spoon into the muffin trays to create "bowl" shapes 
  •  Let these chill for 1 hour 
  •  Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 30 minutes. 
  •  Leave to cool 
  •  Add a generous spoonful of Müllerlight to each cup and top off with fruity fillings of your choice!
