Granola Yogurt Cups
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 120g Rolled Porridge Oats
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 80g Honey
- 160g Pot of Müllerlight
- Fresh fruit fillings of your choice!
(we've used Kiwi, Blueberries, Pineapple & Srawberry)
Method
- Grease a muffin tray
- Mash the banana in a large bowl
- Add the vanilla, cinnamon, honey & oats to the banana
- Once combined, spoon into the muffin trays to create "bowl" shapes
- Let these chill for 1 hour
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool
- Add a generous spoonful of Müllerlight to each cup and top off with fruity fillings of your choice!
