Müllerlicious Scones


  •  450g self-raising flour 
  •  2 tsps baking powder 
  •  75g Müller Butter 
  •  50g caster sugar 
  •  2 eggs 
  •  225ml Müller Milk 


  •  Grease 2 baking trays 
  •  Pre-heat the oven to 220ºC/425ºF/Gas 7
  •  Mix the flour, baking powder and Müller butter until a crumble is formed 
  •  Stir in the sugar 
  •  Separately, beat the eggs and Müller milk together 
  •  Gradually add this to the dry mixture 
  •  Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface 
  •  Roll out the dough evenly and begin cutting scones out 
  •  Arrange the scones on the baking trays and glaze with any left over egg/milk wash 
  •  Bake for about 10-15 mins 
  •  Add Jam or Clotted Cream & enjoy!
