Müllerlicious Scones
Ingredients
- 450g self-raising flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 75g Müller Butter
- 50g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 225ml Müller Milk
Method
- Grease 2 baking trays
- Pre-heat the oven to 220ºC/425ºF/Gas 7
- Mix the flour, baking powder and Müller butter until a crumble is formed
- Stir in the sugar
- Separately, beat the eggs and Müller milk together
- Gradually add this to the dry mixture
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface
- Roll out the dough evenly and begin cutting scones out
- Arrange the scones on the baking trays and glaze with any left over egg/milk wash
- Bake for about 10-15 mins
- Add Jam or Clotted Cream & enjoy!
