Full Terms and Conditions

 

  1. This promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) aged 18 years or over. Proof of age and residence may be required.

     

  2. Promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of: the Promoter; any agencies involved with the promotion; and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

     

  3. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

  1. Internet access is required. Only online entries will be accepted.

     

  2. The promotion opens at 6pm on 11.07.2018 and the closing date for receipt of entries is at 2pm on 13.07.2018 (“Closing Date”).  Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted. Only one entry permitted per person during the promotion period.

 

  1. By the Closing Date, entrants must comment on either the Facebook or Instagram post promoting the promotion with the event or athlete they would like to see at the Athletics World Cup London 2018. To be deemed a valid entry the entrant must:

     

    1. Like and Leave a comment on the post promoting the promotion;

    2. Follow Muller UK & Ireland on either Facebook (www.facebook.com/Muller/) or Instagram (www.instagram.com/mullerukandireland/); and

    3. Not include any other brand names or trade marks; not be defamatory or malicious and not be offensive or use inappropriate language.

Please BE NICE AND KEEP IT CLEAN! The Promoter reserves the right to void any entries that break these rules.

 

  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay, postal strike, postal issue or other reason whatsoever. All entries become the property of the Promoter. No entries can be returned or copied to the entrant.

 

  1. Seventy-four (74) prize winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. The winners will be notified along with instructions on how to claim their prize via direct message on Facebook or Instagram by 13.07.2018. If a prize winner does not respond to the notification of their win within 2 hours of the initial notification, this will result in their prize being forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected based on a reserve chosen at the time of the original selection and under the same terms and conditions as the original selection.  The new prize winner will be notified within an additional 2 hours.

 

  1. There are seventy-four (74) prizes available. Each prize consists of two (2) General Admission ticket to the Athletics World Cup London 2018 on either 14th or 15th July at the London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Tickets are only valid for the date and session specified on the ticket. Winners do not have a choice of the date or session. Please note that travel to events, accommodation and other expenses are NOT included in the prize. Tickets will be available for collection on the day of the event from the box office located outside the stadium. The Promoter will not be responsible for non-delivery of prizes due to causes beyond its control.

 

  1. Tickets are subject to availability and rescheduling. All expenses and incidental costs not expressly stated in the prize description, including but not limited to travel, lodging, transportation, parking, surcharges, service charges or facility charges, security fees, souvenirs and incidentals, taxes, or other expenses are the responsibility solely of the winners and their guest and are not covered by the Promoter. The Promoter will not be responsible if the event is delayed, postponed, cancelled or rescheduled. No resale of tickets is permitted. Additional terms and conditions of entry to the venue may also apply. All prize winners must be over 18 years old, however their guests using the other tickets can be under 18, subject to guests under the age of 18 having parental/guardian permission where applicable.

 

  1. The prizes in whole or in part are non-transferable. No cash or alternative prize will be offered in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

 

  1. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the promotion or redemption of the prize. 

 

  1. The Promoter does not take responsibility for, recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of third parties associated with the prize and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.

 

  1. By entering the Promotion the entrant agrees that, if they become a prize winner, their first name, county and country will be published by the Promoter on its social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram and in other media at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

 

  1. The name and county of the prize winners will be available by sending an email request to consumers@muller.co.uk after 16th July 2018 for a period of 3 months. Entries to this address will NOT be accepted.  

 

  1. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using/has used computer(s) to circumvent these conditions by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

 

  1. Neither Facebook nor Instagram are associated with and do not endorse, sponsor or administer this promotion or Müller’s products. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are not responsible for any element of this promotion. As a participant and/or prize winner, you will fully release Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this promotion or the use or acceptance of the Prize or any portion thereof whatsoever.

 

  1. The Promoter is not responsible for the functionality and accessibility of the Facebook or Instagram website. The Promoter will not be responsible for defects or malfunctions in the operation of the Facebook or Instagram website howsoever caused which affect the operation of the promotion.

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any prize claim.

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

 

  1. Prize winner may be required to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter. By entering this promotion, entrants also agree to having their comments (or part thereof) published online.

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the promotion without notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.
